They're going to make sure that everything is OK. They're going to make sure that your ratios are this high perhaps because this is what you're producing naturally." He added, "However, the policy also states that you can use testosterone and such for purposes of injury rehabilitation and purposes of replacement therapy. So if your doctor says that this is why you've got these prescriptions, you're OK. That was challenged by Dave Finlay. "No, it won't. And what does he know? He's never been in the doors of WWE. I'm there every single day. I'm on the road four days a week. I know what the policy is. I went through it, and I have a lot of talent with me that have gone through it. It's garbage. It's just pure speculation. There's a definite strong in-force testing going on. And just because you got the script doesn't mean you're going to get away with it. Dr. Black may just turn around and say, That is -- I don't -- I don't accept it..." I think Nicole Richie probably talked her Steve Whitemore, the Sheriff’s spokesperson said they were also accusations that Paris received a new jail uniform instead of the recycled ones given to the other inmates, and that Paris’s mail was delivered by a captain instead of inmate trusties. Well, my god, isn’t that horrible? The sheriff’s department had some serious looking-into when Sheriff Lee Baca let Paris Hilton out of jail after just three days for “medical reasons.” Funny how no one knows what the hell was wrong with her… but we all know the name of her dog. She was sent right back one night later. Whitemore, who sounds real sincere here, says, “We’re going to investigate it and get to the bottom of it and find out exactly what happened.” The sheriff’s department is also looking into whether or not Paris was allowed to use a cordless phone instead of waiting in line with the other inmates forever, to use a pay phone during certain hours. Once again, big deal. People kill each other in jail, and they’re investigating her getting her mail from a captain, getting a new uniform, and using a cordless phone? Nice to see the police are really doing their jobs. These accusations, were brought up to the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs by union members, according to the Los Angeles Times’ Web site.

Naomi Watts looks like she’s ready to have her baby any day now. I was big like that, although I was a lot heavier than she is while in the late stages of pregnancy, and my son was two weeks late and weighed almost nine pounds. Her boyfriend Liev Schreiber said they don’t want to know the sex of their baby and that they want to wait to find out until the birth. Is it a decent guess to say she’s having a boy because she’s big or is it hard to tell? I had one waiter tell me he could tell I was having a boy because my face had changed or something. I think that was a nice way of saying I was fat. Stars don’t let the world know exactly when they’re due because they want some privacy. I wish I had kept my due date a secret too since people bugged me a lot in the 14 days I waited for my son to arrive after he was due. Due dates are just an estimation, and from what I remember reading first babies are often “late.” Naomi was seen out with a friend in West Hollywood yesterday. Angelina had visited Afghanistan shortly before Osama Bin Laden’s attacks and spoke out urging Americans not to go to war with the country sheltering the Al Qaeda leader. The hip-hop star, real name Calvin Broadus, has been refused entry into Australia this week (ends27Apr07), where he was expected to co-host the Mtv Australia Video Music Awards in Sydney on Sunday (29Apr07). The country's Immigration Minister Kevin Andrews said the rapper's previous criminal convictions in his native America had contributed to their refusal to grant him a visa. Speaking on local radio Macquarie this morning (26Apr07), Andrews said, "The reality is in relation to this man, that he was given a warning the last time, he has a whole string of convictions, and, just two weeks ago I was told he was convicted on a number of charges again and sentenced to three years' imprisonment on two, and three years' imprisonment on another, with five years' probation and a suspended sentence." Andrews said Snoop Dogg was given an official warning during his last visit Down Under in February, when he overstayed his visa by two days. Snoop Dogg and pal Sean 'Diddy' Combs were forced to cancel their joint UK gigs last month (Mar07) after the country's Foreign And Commonwealth Office refused to grant him a visa. Broadus recently (11Apr07) escaped a jail term after pleading no contest to charges of sale or transportation of marijuana and possession of a gun. But he already has a 1990 felony conviction for possession of drugs for sale.

Rudolph was sacked last week (13Apr07), reportedly because of his intervention after a difficult start to the year, during which Spears partied every night for a month and then shaved her head. Jamie Spears claims Rudolph was chosen by the singer's family to encourage her to seek help at Malibu, California's Promises Clinic in February (07). He tells PageSix.com, "When Larry Rudolph talked Britney into going into rehab, he was doing what her mother, father and team of professionals with over 100 years of experience knew needed to be done. She was out of control. Larry was the one chosen by the team to roll up his sleeves and deliver the message, to help save her life. "The Spears family would like to publicly apologise to Larry for our daughter's statements about him over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, she blames him and her family for where she is at today with her kids and career. Larry has always been there for Britney. For this, we will forever be grateful to him." Spears, in response, issued the following statement, "I am praying for my father. We have never had a good relationship. It's sad that all the men that have been in my life do not know how to accept a real woman's love. I am concentrating on my work and my life right now." A friends tells PageSix Britney was embarrassed to be sent to rehab when she was merely suffering post-partum depression: "(She) had no drugs in her system when she was admitted to Promises - they (tested her) and there was nothing. She was embarrassed she had to go in there when she knew she was suffering from postpartum depression, not a drug or alcohol problem."

Robert Baker of North Hollywood's Millennium Dance Complex, which Britney has been visiting frequently, said: "She's got an amazing metabolism. When she puts her mind to it, she can transform pretty easily." Britney put her musical career on hold, and began piling on the pounds, after she gave birth to 19-month-old Sean Preston. Soon after having Sean her first child, she quickly fell pregnant again with seven-month-old Jayden James, her second baby with estranged husband Kevin Federline. Britney checked into Promises rehab centre after months of partying, which culminated in her shaving off her hair, and she is now focusing on getting her life and career back on track.

The photographer, who was locked in a paternity battle with lawyer Stern for custody of the late Playboy model's daughter Dannielynn, has revealed Stern has been a great help to him since he was revealed to be the biological father. Larry said in an interview with America's OK! magazine: "It seems unlikely, but he's been a great help. He's been with Dannielynn the last several months. He knows her likes and dislikes and things that could help me. He gives me credit when I'm doing good things and gives me tips on things I should do a little different. "People blame him a lot, but Anna had her own mind too. She had a choice and we were arguing and that's what happens. I'm thankful that everyone can get along for Dannielynn. How could you not?" Stern was named as seven-month-old Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate, and tried to evade DNA tests for several months. As well as the custody battle for Dannielynn, Birkhead, Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur and Stern also fought for custody of the actress' body. She has finally been laid to rest in the Bahamas. Arthur is now solely fighting Birkhead, 34, for custody of her granddaughter. He said: "It's puzzling for her to display affection to me and then for the attorneys to say she's going for custody and Larry was just a sperm donor and a one-night stand. "Then they all come and shake my hand. You've gotta scratch your head and say, 'What's going on here?' "I'm willing to listen to see what people want, but that doesn't mean I'm going to agree. I hope I don't have to fight for the baby."

Britney Spears wants her career back. Not only has the troubled, possibly insane pop princess been back in the music studio and taking dance classes, but insiders claim she’s fired her inept manager, Larry Rudolph. Spears, who’s been suffering from severe postpartum depression, reportedly blames Rudolph for some of her recent missteps, including introducing her to her one-time BFF and current nemesis, Paris Hilton. There may be legal ramifications for Britney Spears, as she signed a multi-year deal with Rudolph. But she just rehired her one-time PR chief, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, so at least it will be spun nicely in the media. Sloane didn’t know about Rudolph’s status when contacted. However, reports of Rudolph’s demise may be premature. As of this morning, TMZ has confirmed that Rudolph has not been fired … yet. Late last year, Paris thought of herself as a (skanky, worthless) role model for the newly-single Spears, and even claimed Britney was grateful to be under her wing. But shortly after the alliance had been formed and the nude Britney Spears pictures displayed for all to enjoy, this ho train lovefest crashed hard and the two haven’t partied together since. Paris’ rep, Eliot Mintz, fired back at the New York Post article reporting the rift, telling TMZ, “That’s a matter between Britney, Larry Rudolph and Leslie.” It was definitely a bad idea for Britney and Paris to be friends. Pop star Britney Spears tried to commit suicide inside the Promises rehabilitation centre, where she has been admitted for treatment, on Saturday, the web site Earthtimes reported. The singer wanted to hang herself making a “rope” of her sheets, but was saved by the clinic’s staff. Before attempting to kill herself, Britney apparently wrote the number 666 on her shaved head and started yelling, “I am the Antichrist!” This incident came soon after Britney’s first husband Jason Alexander expressed fears that she would end up like the late Anna Nicole Smith. He said, “It freaked me out when I saw she had shaved off her hair — that was clearly a cry for help. The pictures have become increasingly disturbing. I have never said anything about Britney and drugs before, but I am very, very concerned about her. I am really worried that she will wind up like Anna Nicole Smith and be found dead.” Doctors think the star’s strange behaviour is due to postpartum depression, after the birth of her second child. Since her divorce, she has shaved her head bald, had her lips inked on her wrist and run away from Promises several times. She also made a list of people, who she wishes to be dead. It includes her ex-husband’s name too. After divorcing rapper Kevin Federline, Britney threatened to kill herself if their children were placed under his guardianship. Federline, however, visited her at the rehab centre and promised he would reconsider their relationship if she mended her ways.

SIENNA Miller is determined to carry on smoking, even though she accepts it may give her cancer and ultimately lead to her death. Despite having a history of cancer in her family, the 25-year-old insists she intends to avoid an early grave by smoking with a positive attitude. Miller explains, “I love them (cigarettes). Love them. I think the more positive approach you have to smoking, the less harmful it is. I know it’s an irresponsible thing to say, but I do know people who are 86 and smoked 60 a day and died of old age and other people who smoked for two years and died of lung cancer at 40. So, there is no formula. However, there is cancer in my family.”

The Live Earth concert which is taking place worldwide in July will feature a bevy of celebrities performing in multiple countries. The UK part of the concert will feature the Black Eyed Peas, the Beastie Boys, Corrine Bailey Rae and John Legend while in America the stage will be shared by Kanye West, Ludacris and Akon as well as Rihanna, John Mayer and Alicia Keys. The concert is to improve world awareness of global warming and the harm it does to our environment. "We hope the energy created by Live Earth will jump start a massive public education effort," explained Live Earth Vice President Al Gore via a statement. "Live Earth will help us reach a tipping point that's needed to move corporations and governments to take decisive action to solve the climate crisis." The first concert of this kind was staged back in 1985 and organized by former Boomtown Rats front man Bob Geldof who staged the concert to help those who suffered from famine throughout third world countries. Tickets for the concerts go on sale on Monday April 16th.

Rapper Snoop Dog who has been in the midst of a lot of negative press lately pleaded no contest to charges of drug and gun possession brought against him after an incident at Bob Hope Airport in LA last October. The West Coast artist received 800 hours of community service, of which 400 can be attributed to the youth American Football league the rapper born Calvin Broadus Jr., is heavily involved with. The rapper is set to release his Big Squeeze compilation album on April 24th through Koch records which features names like Kurupt, Kat Williams and Westurn Union.

Snoop Dogg has been spared jail after pleading no contest to gun and drug charges. The rapper entered the plea in relation to charges of the sale or transportation of marijuana and possession of a gun by a convicted felon.a Snoop was handed a five years' probation period, a three-year-suspended sentence and 800 hours of community service. The 35-year-old star - who also agreed to make public announcements against violence - could have been jailed for four years. Judge Terry Smerling laid down the conditions of Snoop's probation at the Los Angeles court hearing yesterday (11.04.07). The star can only spend 400 hours of his community service working with the youth American Football league he helped found. The judge also ruled Snoop must provide authorities a DNA sample and he must have a medical permit if he uses marijuana. Snoop's lawyer Donald Etra said the rapper-and-actor smokes marijuana because he has migraines and has a medical permit under state law. If Snoop violates his probation he faces three years in jail. The star - real name Calvin Broadus - was arrested at California's Burbank airport last October, after police found a handgun and marijuana in his car. Another gun was found in his Los Angeles home last November following a police search. The 'Drop It Like It's Hot' star is forbidden from ever owning a gun, following his conviction for possession of drugs for sale in 1990. He is currently facing separate charges relating to the discovery of a collapsible baton found in his bag at Orange County's John Wayne Airport last September.
