Nicole Kidman has declared she wants to lead a more ‘wild and dangerous’ life. The Oscar-winning actress was in Rome for the launch of the inaugural Rome Film Festival where she said: “One of my dangerous movies will be showing.”The actress was referring to a film called Fur, a fictional story based on the life of the photographer Diane Arbus who went around New York photographing the dispossessed in down and out areas of the city. The film had to take a fictional look at Arbus’s life because her family refused to give their permission for the film to use real aspects of Arbus’s life. The photographer committed suicide in 1971. In the film Kidman is seen befriending a weird neighbour who is covered in hair. She begins photographing this strange man and has an affair with him. Later in the film, as a way of showing Arbus’s freedom, the actress disrobes and roams around a nudist colony naked. Kidman said that when the story and the role called for nudity she had no trouble doing it. “What’s the problem with taking your clothes off? I just don’t know what the big deal is. If it’s necessary for the film and the role then I take my clothes off. London: Singer Justin Timberlake is considering quitting the music business after just two solo albums. According to contactmusic.com, Timberlake said he doesn’t want to be performing on stage for the rest of his life because he’s sick of unwanted attention from female fans and abuses from rowdy audiences. He said: “I’ve had girls try to tear my clothes off. I don’t want to be jumping around on stage 10 years from now.”The pop star has tried his hand at acting with roles in Edison, Alpha Dog and the upcoming animation film Shrek — The Third. London: Singer Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas says she quit drugs only because she got a message from god telling her that she was messing up her life.According to contactmusic.com, Fergie struggled with addiction to crystal meth and her singing career was in jeopardy. She says: “I just hit a point where something inside me — I like to call it God — or my gut — told me, ‘You can keep going the way you're going and mess everything up, or you can stick with the master plan, but you have to change s**t.’ So that's what I did!” The singer confessed that she used to tell her parents she was suffering from an eating disorder when they questioned her about her rapid weight loss, caused by her heavy drug use. She said: “I came up with the best explanation I could — bulimia.”

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker have split up, a source close to the couple tells People magazine.
“They did break up. It’s amicable,” the source says, adding, “They are talking and trying to figure the best course of action for their future. They are trying to work things out. It’s distance and demanding careers and not living in same city.” The source goes on to say that “It didn’t happen yesterday. It’s been going on for a while.” In an earlier statement issued by Longoria’s rep Liza Anderson on Friday, said, “Eva and Tony are going through a very difficult time right now, just like any other couple with extremely demanding careers.” However, a source close to Parker told People earlier on Friday that Parker said rumours of a break-up were not true.

While Desperate Housewives has been filming in Los Angeles, the San Antonio Spurs departed Texas on Friday afternoon to begin a training camp in France.
Before leaving, Parker joined his team at a “media day” for sportswriters near the San Antonio International Airport, though he did not discuss his relationship with Longoria.
Longoria, 31, and Parker, 24, met in November 2004 and, though they played coy at first, by August 2005, Longoria had confirmed they were a couple.
